The Platte River Habitat Partnership combines resources from The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and The Nature Conservancy to promote conservation, restoration, and management of Platte Valley grasslands. This program is devoted to grassland management, and it will be available to landowners who are interested in assistance to make improvements on their land for livestock production and wildlife. Public input from the farm community is vital to develop a cost-share, incentive-based program customized to meet the needs of the Platte Valley producer.
Participation in the Partnership is voluntary and private-landowner friendly.
